Stan has a meeting with Professor Chi Chi to help him test an experimental laser ray which can increase and reduce the size of objects and individuals to repair computer chips. Stan can't resist playing with the device to change the size of the objects around him until a clumsy move turns him into an ant size creature. As he sets off to find Professor Chi Chi, he finds out that Pat has taken advantage of his absence to invite Stephanie on a date. Stan figures that his small size actually comes in very handy in order to sabotage Pat's date...
