Recipes:
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 260g almonds (or any other nut/seed of your choice)
• 200g dark chocolate bars
• 100g dark chocolate chips

• 300g AP flour
• 1tsp baking powder
• 1tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 200g cold butter
• 2 eggs
• 120g sugar (I used raw sugar)

🍎 Healthy Apple Cake
• 2 apples
• 2 eggs
• 120g milk
• 80g wholemeal flour
• 3g baking powder
• raisins (optional)
