DJI’s Ronin 4D is a camera and stabilizer system with technology not found on any other product. The key features are a gimbal system with innovative vertical stabilization, along with LiDAR focus that works even in the dark. At the same time, it’s an advanced full-frame camera system with image quality that can match any current full-frame mirrorless system. The primary downside is rolling shutter that’s excessive for its purpose as an action camera.
