配方 Ingredients:

面团 Dough:
普通中筋面粉或高筋面包粉250克
Plain flour or All-purpose flour or Bread flour 250 g (2 cups)
温牛奶160毫升 Lukewarm milk 160 ml
鸡蛋1个 57克 Whole egg 57 g +-
酵母3克 Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克 Sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
盐1.5克 Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
花生油20毫升 Peanut oil 20 ml (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)

紫薯泥 Purple sweet potato fillings:
去皮的紫薯250克 Peeled purple sweet potato 250 g
白糖30克(可以调整) Sugar 30 g (2 tbsp) can be adjusted
花生油30-45毫升 Peanut oil 30-45 ml (2 tbsp – 3 tbsp)

预热好的烤箱170摄氏度 / 340华氏度烤28分钟至表面金黄
Bake in preheated oven at 170℃ / 340℉for 28 minutes or until golden brown

 可用任何其他的轻质植物油或无盐黄油来代替花生油
 Can use any kind of vegetable oil or unsalted butter instead of Peanut oil
