每次到小吃店都必須得來一盤
到外地工作後才發現
各地的白菜滷風味不盡相同
有些沒有我最愛的扁魚呀
所以這次我傾注全部的想法
把最喜歡的味道全放進來了
完全不加水
用白菜本身的水分細心慢滷
集成這道原汁原味的白菜滷
是我做這麼多次以來最滿意的版本
