馅:
荠菜500克;半块豆腐;四个炒鸡蛋(用两汤匙蔬菜油);10克姜末;一茶匙食盐;半汤匙香油;一汤匙蔬菜油;一汤匙酱油;适量葱花儿;打入两个生鸡蛋
