I had to share this video with you. My granddaughter loves it. It shares the interaction between two young children during a verbal and slightly physical confrontation.

The young girl pokes the young boy in the chest generating the comment, “You Poked My Heart.” This short phrase is both heartbreaking and universal in application. How often do we “poke the heart” of the people we know and love. Let’s think about ways not to be so physically and emotionally traumatic with the people that we come in contact.
