#姆士流【茄燒黃魚】Tips
材料:黃魚1尾、牛番茄1顆、蒜末1大匙、洋蔥1/4顆、蔥1根、香菜2株、醬油3大匙、香油、水150cc、糖1大匙
1.魚撒鹽醃漬後,放入鍋內煎。
2. 預備醬汁:蔥、洋蔥、牛番茄切丁,跟蒜末、香菜一起倒入碗中後,加入糖、水、醬油、香油攪拌調味。
3. 待一面煎至焦香後,把魚翻面,並倒入預備醬汁煨煮。
4. 等鍋內湯汁收到一半後,將配料用湯匙淋在魚上使其入味,即可盛盤。
