材料/Ingredients:
一斤半豬腩肉 900g pork belly
一湯匙玫瑰露酒 1tbsp Chinese rose wine
一又四分一茶匙幼鹽 1.25tsp salt
兩茶匙白醋 2tsp white vinegar
一茶匙生油 1tsp soy sauce
四分一茶匙五香粉 1/4tsp five spice powder
半茶匙沙薑粉 1/2tsp ginger spice powder
少許甜椒粉 some paprika
