浙江湖州松毛汤包,包子只有拇指大小,鲜肉馅,蒸包子要在底部铺上松针,松针经过处理后带有一股淡淡的清香;除此以外,吃法上也别具一格,需要泡在骨头汤里吃,所以这就是汤包的来源;馄饨也是一大招牌,大小馄饨,辣油馄饨,干拌馄饨等等,让人眼花缭乱;更鲜美的是千张包,湖州人用豆腐皮裹着肉馅,加入开洋、干贝等,同粗粗的绿豆粉一起煮,咬一口鲜美至极;清明前后,在街头上还会遇到绿色的可爱的青团,没吃过的要注意了,它是咸的!
