French Meringue - Egg White Cookies 彩色蛋白脆饼 消灭剩余蛋白

These meringue cookies are light and airy, crisp on the outside, soft and slightly chewy on the inside. The recipe is simple and easy to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1)Egg Whites – 30g
2)Sugar – 36g
3)Lemon Juice – few drops
4)Vanilla Extract– 1/4 tsp
5)Gel Color

*The diameter of the meringue cookies are 2 cm, yields a total of 54 pcs.

早前做了一些黄梨饼,剩下的蛋白就拿来做马林糖。它外脆,里面的口感有点像棉花糖。我把它做成小小颗的,表面用少许色膏做线条,成品还算满意。介意色素的朋友可以省略。

材料:
1)蛋白 – 30g
2)细砂糖 – 36g
3)柠檬汁 – 几滴
4)香草精 – 1/4 tsp
5)色膏

*我的马林糖直径2cm,可做54个。
