10 Minute Arm Toning Workout // From Flabby to Firm with Light Dumbbells
These arm strengthening and toning exercises are appropriate for all levels and ages! I'm using three pound hand weights, but you could go heavier as you grow stronger. However, always start with light weights or water bottles. Take a break if you need to and shake out your arms. Hop back in when you are ready. Keep your shoulders relaxed and focus on good form!
I may have gotten a little carried away because this video turned out to be longer than 10 minutes! More like 15 minute arm toning! Oops! More toning for you. You can do it and your arms are going to look great!
