Unique way make Brinjal Mashed/Vorta with chicken. About 60 KG eggplant mixed chicken gravy cooking in village.

First ladies BBQ/Burned about 60 KG eggplant with fire and then they remove skin of brinjal.

After that they cutting the chicken meat into small small pieces.

Then they cooking chicken with spice ingredient and then mixed with brinjal mashed.

Ladies also cook rice to serve with bbq eggplant mashed.

After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
