High Park Residences is a 1,390 unit condo development located in Sengkang, and to cut a long story short, it is one of the best condos for family with young children in Singapore. It features a lengthy list of facilities, but more importantly, it has great facilities focused just for kids. Just to name a few: multiple water slides, a flying fox, boxing ring, jamming studio, and an indoor movie theatre.

And it isn’t just about its facilities, it has actually performed remarkably well in the resale market - with every single one of its transactions being profitable so far. It isn’t a small number too mind you, clocking in 222 transactions since its launch in 2015.

Of course, one of the downsides of such a big development is a lack of privacy. For ground floor units you would have to keep your blinds down if you don’t like people peering in. And for those who prefer to keep to themselves, you will constantly see people out and about.
