Senior & Beginner Workout - ONE DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT 12 minutes
All standing 12 minute workout with one weight/dumbbell or kettlebell and no repeats!
Join me for a 12 move (no repeats) 12 minute effective workout. We will perform each exercise for 50 seconds, then rest and prepare for the next exercise for 10 seconds.
I’m using a 12 pound dumbbell, definitely heavier than my usual 3 pound. Instead of performing higher reps with a lighter weight, you will go at your own pace using a heavier weight completing as many as you can within the 50 seconds. Please progress slowly, adding more weight as get more comfortable and stronger. Of course you can always do these exercises with light weights as well. A kettlebell is a great option if you have one of those as well.

Please make sure that you are warmed up before attempting this video! It’s really important that your muscles are warm to prevent any injuries and it will feel much better on your joints. Please go for a quick 10 minute walk or here is a link to my cardio 10 minute warmup:
