eHaus are proud to be building the first PassivHaus Co-Housing project in New Zealand. Located in Dunedin, there will be 21 Passive House homes built. The homes range in size from one bedroom to large four-bedroom homes. All the homes will be certified as Passive House 'Classic', they will have triple glazing, superior insulation, thicker wall construction and are designed to ensure they meet the Passive House air tightness standard. Rob, Managing Director of eHaus Otago takes Jess, one of the future resident on a tour of the construction site and they discuss what Jess is looking forward to most about living in her new passive house and how it will change her family’s lifestyle for the better.
