春饼,立春吃春饼的习俗起源于唐朝,也叫“咬春”。
生活虽然充满种种意外与艰难,但到了立春,春饼总还是要吃的。 细嫩、半透明的春饼,包卷着散发着春天气息的时令蔬菜,是最新鲜的春天味道。再卷些肉,超好吃!
配方:
春饼面团:中筋面粉250克,开水140ml,盐1克,油7ml

煎鸡腿: 剔骨鸡腿肉200克,盐2克,白胡椒粉0.5克,料酒7ml,生抽7ml; 腌15分钟
其他:甜面酱、葱丝、黄瓜条等自己喜欢的配菜

Ingredients:
Dough: all-purpose flour 250g, boiling water 140ml, salt 1g and vegetable oil 7ml

fried chicken thigh: chicken thigh 200g, salt 2g ( 1/4 tsp) , pepper powder 0.5g (1/4 tsp), cooking wine 7ml (1/2 tbsp) , regular soy sauce 7ml (1/2 tbsp)
others: bean paste, green onion, cucumber and any vegetables you like
