Easy baked mooncakes without lye water and golden syrup!! The crust is crumbly and buttery, goes very well with the homemade mung bean paste and salted egg yolk. (Of course you can use any store-bought paste of your choice and just have to prepare the dough pastry!!).

这个奶酥月饼已经连做了三次。自家做月饼的好处就是爱吃随时都可以做,做好就吃,不需要担心保质期和添加物。我喜欢这种饼皮吃进嘴里酥化的口感。内馅是自制的绿豆馅,包上咸蛋黄可以中和内馅的甜,吃起来相对不腻,也比较没有传统月饼来的负担。

Ingredients:
1)Butter – 50g
2)Icing Sugar – 20g
3)Salt – pinch
4)Egg Yolk – 1(~17g)
5)Cake Flour – 75g
6)Milk Powder – 10g
7)Matcha Powder – 1 tsp
8)Cooked Salted Egg Yolk – 3 1/2 pcs
9)Mung Bean Paste – 91g(divide into 13g X 7 portions)
