Resep Perkedel Kentang (untuk 3-4 porsi)
Bahan:
3 buah kentang rebus (550 gr)
1 butir kuning telur
6 siung bawang merah
8 siung bawang putih
1 sdt bubuk kari
1 batang daun bawang, iris
4 sdm tepung tapioka
½ sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
100 gr kornet sapi
Langkah:
1. Panaskan sedikit minyak kemudian masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih, goreng di api sedang hingga matang dan sedikit kecokelatan, sisihkan
2. Hancurkan kentang dengan ulekan kemudian pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
3. Haluskan bawang yang telah digoreng kemudian masukkan ke dalam kentang
4. Masukkan kuning telur, bubuk kari, daun bawang, tepung tapioka, kornet, garam, kaldu bubuk, gula pasir, dan merica, aduk rata
5. Panaskan minyak, bentuk bulat perkedel dengan garpu kemudian goreng hingga matang di api kecil sedang, tiriskan
6. Perkedel kentang siap disajikan

Potato Patty Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)
Ingredients:
3 pc boiled potato (550 g)
1 pc egg yolk
6 pc shallot
8 clove garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1 pc green onion, sliced
4 tbsp tapioca flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp stock powder
100 g corned beef
Steps:
1. Heat some oil, then fry the shallots and garlic on medium heat until cooked and slightly browned. Set aside.
2. Mash the potatoes in a stone bowl, then transfer to a bowl.
3. Mash the fried shallots and garlic until smooth. Add into the potato.
5. Add the yolk, curry powder, green onions, tapioca flour, corned beef, salt, stock powder, sugar, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Heat the oil. Shape the Potato Patty with a fork, then fry on medium-low heat until cooked. Set aside.
6. Potato Patty is ready to serve.
