Resep Telur Ceplok Wangi. Telur ceplok adalah menu makanan hemat dan mudah dimasak. Salah satu makanan yang sempat viral yaitu Nasi Telur Pontianak. Kombinasi yang nikmat antara nasi, telur ceplok, dan bumbu kecap aroma minyak wijen. Praktis, ekonomis, enak, dan tentunya mengenyangkan!
Resep Nasi Telur Ceplok Wangi (untuk 1 porsi)
Bahan:
1 porsi nasi putih
2 butir telur
Saus:
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 buah cabai merah keriting, cincang
5 buah cabai rawit, cincang
1 batang daun bawang, cincang
1 sdt cabai bubuk
1 sdm minyak wijen Lee Kum Kee
1 sdm saus tiram Lee Kum Kee
1 sdm kecap asin Lee Kum Kee
4 sdm air
1 sdm gula pasir
Langkah:
1. Ceplok telur setengah matang atau sesuai kematangan yang diinginkan
2. Tumis bawang putih, cabai merah keriting, cabai rawit, dan daun bawang dengan sedikit minyak hingga wangi. Masukkan minyak wijen, saus tiram, kecap asin, gula, dan air ke dalam pan, aduk-aduk lalu matikan api dan tambahkan bubuk cabai, aduk rata
3. Letakkan telur ceplok di atas nasi hangat kemudian siram dengan saus
4. Nasi telur ceplok wangi siap disajikan

Fried eggs are an inexpensive dish that’s easy to cook. A dish that was trending a while ago is Pontianak Egg Rice. It’s a dish that combines rice, fried eggs, and a sweet soy sauce with sesame oil aroma. Practical, inexpensive, tasty, and filling!
Aromatic Fried Egg and Rice Recipe (yield 1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 serving warm rice
2 pc eggs
Sauce:
5 clove garlic, chopped
2 pc curly red chili, chopped
5 pc bird’s eye chili, chopped
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
Steps:
1. Fry the eggs sunny side up or to your preference.
2. Sauté the garlic, curly red chili, bird’s eye chili, and green onions with some oil until fragrant. Add the sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water into the pan. Mix well. Turn the heat off and add chili powder. Stir.
3. Add the fried eggs on top of warm rice and pour the sauce on.
4. Aromatic Fried Eggs and Rice is ready to serve.
