[국수 삶기]
1.넉넉한 냄비에 국수무게의 5배이상의 물을 넣고 끓여주세요.
2.물이 끓어오르면 소면을 펼쳐넣고 국수끼리 붙지 않도록 젓가락으로 저어주세요.
3.물이 끓을때마다 찬물 반컵씩을 2번 부어주세요.(소면은 3~4분간 삶아주세요.)
4.세번째 끓어오를때 찬물을 틀어놓은 상태에서 체에 소면을 붓고 찬물에 여러번 헹궈 전분기를 빼주세요.
5.찬물에 소면을 넣고 사리를 지어주세요.
