What's going on guys! In today's video I'm going to go over the best time for YOU to workout - truth is, there is no best time for anybody but instead on your goals, what you enjoy doing and your lifestyle! I've compiled a list of pros and cons below for each time.

Benefits of morning workouts:
- Metabolism boost through EPOC
- Task completion win early in the day
- Better sleep at night as the morning workout will amp up energy for daily tasks
- Testosterone levels are at Peak
โ Downsides of morning workouts:
- Have to wakeup earlier and go to bed earlier
- Higher risk of injury as body won't be as warmed up early
- Not as fueled with food in the morning

Benefits of evening workouts:
- Stress relief from a long day
- More calories in your body = more strength
- Gym is empty at night compared to morning
- More relaxed morning
โ Downsides of evening workouts:
- Not being motivated to workout after a long day
- Could be harder to fall asleep after a workout
- Higher distractions with friends, social media, television, etc
