材料:好侍北海道白醬塊2塊、洋蔥1/2顆、紅蘿蔔1根、馬鈴薯2顆、肉桂葉2片、去骨雞腿1隻、白飯2碗、起司絲1杯、花椰菜、咖哩粉、夾鏈袋
1. 去骨雞腿排,雞皮朝下入鍋煎香,至雞油出來
2. 馬鈴薯蒸熟,切丁,備用
3. 煎雞皮同時,將紅蘿蔔塊入鍋
4. 雞腿排煎出雞油後,取出切塊;鍋內留下紅蘿蔔,放入洋蔥、馬鈴薯、切好的雞肉塊與雞油一起拌炒
5. 加入些許熱水,蓋鍋蓋悶煮
6. 花椰菜入另一鍋汆燙,燙好後放入炒鍋裡一起燉煮
7. 白醬塊切成小片狀,關火,放入鍋內拌勻,加入2片肉桂
8. 加入少許牛奶,組裝,#日式白醬燉菜 完成
《加碼再一道》
1. 未吃完的白醬燉菜,加入咖哩粉拌勻
2. 淋在白飯上,加入起司絲,放入烤箱220度/5分鐘,#日式白醬焗飯 完成
