Due to this recipe I adore the combination of pork chop and bacon!

Ingredients:
pork chop - 650 g (1.76 oz)

for the filling:
mustard - 50 g (1.76 oz)
pressed cheese - 150 g (1.76 oz)
pickled cucumbers - 100 g (3.5 oz)
bacon - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Tray size 22 X 35 cm (8.66 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/15 minutes

for the sauce:
sweet cooking cream - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
cheddar pressed cheese - 120 g (4.23 oz)
Cook over medium fire 10 min
