*Ingredients
1. Cake
5 pcs (55 g+-) Egg
60g (4 tbsp) Milk
50g (11 tsp) Cooking oil
65g (8 tbsp) Cake flour
Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
2. Cream
60g (4 tbsp) Unsalted butter
2g (1/4 tsp) Sea salt
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
200g (0.87 cup) Whipping cream
3. Top decoration
Sliced Almond

cake pan size 28x28cm
160°C (320°F) bake for 25 minutes

Important tips:
1. Whip the egg whites to wet peaks, if whipped too hard the cake will be easy to crack
2. If the room temperature is low, you can put the butter in the microwave oven for about 10-15 seconds
3. Cream is added to the butter in several times, not add too much at once, that waill be easily separated oil and water, if the oil and water separated, then put it into the microwave for 15 seconds, and then continue to whip, so that you can also remedy the problem.
