WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO BUILD MUSCLE || Bulking Edition
Today’s video is what I eat in a day for the gains/building muscle! Right now I’m currently bulking, so that means I am trying to eat in a caloric surplus to gain muscle as that’s what one of my goals is at the moment. So that means that my macros right now are in a caloric surplus. My caloric intake right now is around 2300-2600cals a day right now give or take.
Here is a breakdown of this days food:
Breakfast: 311 calories
Lunch: 672 calories
Dinner: 634 calories
Snacks total: 1,103 calories
- cake pop protein = 120
- pre workout = 3
- Mass gainer = 420
- crispy minis =180
- Tamari almonds = 200
- Vitamin water = 120
- Almond butter cups = 240
