Ikan salmon memang mudah diolah menjadi hidangan apa saja. Selain kaya nutrisi dan mudah didapat, salmon juga bagus untuk ibu hamil dan menyusui. Kali ini aku mau sharing resep salmon teriyaki yang super simple dan enak. Ini adalah salah satu menu favorit aku kalau makan di restoran Jepang.

Resep Salmon Teriyaki
Bahan utama :
200 gr salmon
2 siung bawang putih
3-4 jahe iris
1 batang daung bawang
1/2 bawang bombai kecil
3 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm madu
2 sdm mirin
1 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm tepung maizena
150 ml air
Daung bawang dan wijen untuk garnish
Minyak goreng untuk menumis
Bahan pelengkap :
15 lembar bayam
Tepung terigu (campurkan dengan lada, garam, dan bawang putih bubuk)
Nasi putih

Langkah :
Salmon :
1. Potong salmon, lapisi dengan tepung
2. Tumis salmon
3. Masukkan bawang bombai, bawang putih, dan jahe. Tumis hingga harum
3. Tambahkan saus tiram, mirin, madu, dan air
4. Masak hingga salmon matang dan saus mengental
5. Sajikan dengan nasi putih, onsen tamago, dan bayam krispi
Bayam krispi :
1. Lapisi bayam (dalam keadaan basah) dengan tepung kering
2. Gunakan sisa tepung untuk dicampurkan dengan air. Lapisi kembali bayam dengan adonan tepung basah.
3. Goreng bayam hingga kering

Healthy and Easy: Salmon Teriyaki Rice Bowl Recipe
Salmon can easily be made into any kind of dish. Not only rich in nutrients and easy to find, salmon is great for expecting and breastfeeding moms. This time, I'm sharing a super simple and delicious salmon teriyaki recipe. This is one of my favorite menus when eating out at a Japanese restaurant.

Salmon Teriyaki Recipe
Main ingredients:
200 g salmon
2 cloves garlic
3-4 slices ginger
1 leek stalk
1/2 small onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp cornstarch
150 ml water
Leeks and sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking oil to sauté
Condiments:
15 pc spinach leaves
Flour (mix with pepper, salt, and garlic powder)
Rice

Steps:
Salmon:
1. Slice the salmon and coat with flour.
2. Sauté the salmon.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the oyster sauce, mirin, honey, and water.
4. Cook until the salmon is cooked and the sauce thickened.
5. Serve with rice, Onsen Tamago, and Crispy Spinach.
Crispy Spinach:
1. Coat the spinach (wet) with the dry flour.
2. Use the remaining flour for the batter by mixing it with water. Coat the spinach with the wet batter.
3. Fry the spinach until crispy.
