In this video you'll learn step by step how to request a family member's service record from the National Archives. This is a question we get here at the Buffalo Naval Park quite a bit.

There is a 62 year delineation that marks changes to cost and who can request (family or non-family member). For 2021, that is 1959, but remember it will change every year, and for 2022, that demarcation is 1960.
