In today’s workout we are targeting the under booty area. The “underbutt” is where our upper hamstrings and the Glute muscles come together. We will be focusing on exercises that will lift and strengthen this area. Before we start the workout we will stretch our hamstrings and activate our Glutes. I recommend to do a short walk before this workout; The reason why is because if we are sitting all day our Glutes will be turned off and therefore we will feel the burn during this workout in our thighs instead of our Glutes.
