LEARN HOW TO MAKE A QUICK SESAME NOODLES RECIPE TODAY!

LAY HO MA! Any noodle recipe - I'm there! This simple yet delicious noodle stir fry will definitely get you cooking in the kitchen today! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a quick sesame noodles stir fry recipe right at home!

Ingredients:
2-3 pieces garlic
small piece ginger
3 sticks green onion
1/2 red onion
85g broccolini
4 baby king oyster mushrooms
250g udon noodles
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce (https://youtu.be/9-vxLlKoVaY)
1 tbsp plantbased oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup veggie stock or water

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles
2. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and green onion
3. Thinly slice the red onion and chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces. Quarter the baby king oyster mushrooms
4. Cook the udon noodles for half the time to package instructions (in this case 5min)
5. Make the sauce by mixing together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hot sauce, plantbased oyster sauce, maple syrup, and toasted sesame oil
6. Strain out the noodles and set them aside
7. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add in the white and black sesame seeds and dry sauté them for about 2min. Set them aside
8. Add the avocado oil. Then, add in a sauté the garlic, ginger, red and green onions for 2-3min
9. Add the broccolini and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the noodles, sauce, 1/4 cup veggie stock or water. Sauté for a couple of minutes
10. Plate and garnish with the toasted sesame seeds
