*Ingredients
400g Cooked rice
1pc Egg
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
1/2 tsp Five spice powder
15ml (1 tbsp) Soy sauce
60g (0.41 cup) All-purpose flour
15ml (1 tbsp) Cooking oil
Cumin powder
Chili powder
sesame seeds
Important tips
1. Try to roll as thinly as possible so that the Crust rice will be crispier
2. Deep fry on medium heat about 160°C (320°F)
3. Sprinkle with seasonings, you can omit chili if you don't like it.
