2 tbsp corn starch （玉米粉）
2 tbsp tapioca flour （木薯粉)
1 tsp salt （盐）
1000 ml water（清水）
1 tbsp oil （油）

Filling （馅料）:
A little bit of oil（少许油）
50g (5 tbsp) diced dried shrimps （虾米洗净沥干，切碎）
2 spring onion, diced （2棵葱，切粒）

Seasoning （调味汁）：
3 tbsp light soy sauce （生抽）
A little bit of pepper （少许胡椒粉）
150ml water （水）
1 tbsp sugar（糖）
