豆腐花,又稱豆腐腦、豆花,是由黃豆漿絮凝後形成口感近似於的果凍或布丁狀食品,質地上比豆腐嫩軟,是一種常見甜品。只要3種材料,便可在家簡單自製豆腐花~

RECIPE

▼材料 Ingredients

無糖豆漿 Sugar-free soy milk 700ml
栗粉 Corn starch 5g
熟石膏粉 Gypsum powder 5g
常溫水 Water 20g

▼步驟 Instructions

1. 栗粉、熟石膏粉常溫水加入至大碗攪拌均勻
2. 豆漿煮至微滾,煮滾後過篩
3. 倒入已攪拌的石膏粉漿,不要移動碗,蓋上濕布
4. 等待30分鐘後凝固,加紅糖或糖水食用
