Londrina is a Brazilian municipality located in the state of Paraná, in the Southern Region of Brazil, 381 km from the capital of Paraná, Curitiba. Its population, according to 2021 IBGE estimates, was 580,870 inhabitants, being the second most populous city in the state and the fourth in the South Region, after the state capital, Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Joinville. An important pole of state and regional development, Londrina is an important axis that connects the South to the Southeast of the country, being an important urban, economic, industrial, financial, administrative and cultural center in the north of Paraná.
