材料 Ingredients:
四湯匙麻油 4tbsp sesame oil
六湯匙米酒 6 tbsp rice wine
兩湯匙生抽 2 tbsp soy sauce
半茶匙老抽 1/2tsp dark soy sauce
一湯匙辣豆板醬 1tbsp hot bean sauce
兩湯匙赤/白砂糖 2tbsp brown sauce
六粒蒜頭切片 6 cloves of garlic, sliced
三個紅蔥頭切片 3 shallots, sliced
六片薑 6 slices of ginger
一隻長尖椒 1 sweet red pepper
適量九層塔 Thai basil
兩隻雞腿，約一磅 1lb chicken leg, chopped into pieces
