I made the video "10 Best Super Bowl Commercials 2022" immediately after the Super Bowl, like every year. And like almost every year, it became #1 worldwide just 3 days later in the Super Bowl Commercials 2022 category on YouTube and Google. When it hit over 2,000,000 views, Sony blocked it because of a copyrighted song in one of the commercials. I'm not sure why they did it because they own the copyright and they were the ones who got the money. Anyway, I had to make a new video and replace the original ad, which is a shame because it was a really good ad. Also, I'm sorry for the viewers whose likes and comments got lost, you took time to reply and your thumbs ups are very precious to me.

I hope you still enjoy the video and maybe even more than the old one. Here comes the description:

I put together 10 commercials from the 2022 Super Bowl which I think are the best. I hope you enjoy my compilation. Tell me in the comments which commercial you like the most, I will include your vote in the ranking to see which commercial wins.

Note: I selected only commercials that actually aired during the Big Game, so no teasers, no extended YouTube versions, no pre-game online advertising campaigns, no trailers for movies etc., only the real, official commercials that were broadcasted in the USA.

There were commercials I would have loved to include like Hellmann’s “Mayo Tackles Food Waste” with Jerod Mayo and Pete Davidson, or Bitbuy's with Kyle Lowry but I had to make a decision – it’s 10 resp. 11 Super Bowl Commercials and not 80 – and I went for other commercials. Also, many companies pre-released their commercials and different YouTube channels and websites pre-published them and called them Super Bowl commercials, although they were never broadcasted and online only. For example Hyundai’s “History of Evolution” for the IONIQ 5 that is so funny and well-produced but was not aired during the Big Game. Or the Amazon commercial with Scarlett Johansson that was aired was 1 min but the available version on Amazon’s YouTube channel was 1.30 min. I live in Europe and it's hard to know everything and to get everything - some US websites are closed for visitors from Europe - so I went with those I knew.

These ads are included:

1. Lay’s, “Golden Memories” with Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen

2. TurboTax, 'What If?' with Jason Sudeikis, Anna Telfer by Wieden+Kennedy

3. Frito-Lay, “Flamin’ Hot” with Charlie Puth as the beatboxing fox and Megan Thee Stallion as the sassy songbird, the song is “Push it” by Salt-N-Pepa for Doritos and Cheetos (“Unleash your Flamin’ Hot”)

4. Salesforce, “Because Earth is the New Frontier” with Matthew McConaughey (TeamEarth)

6. Nissan, “Thrill Driver” with Eugene Levy, Brie Larson, Dave Bautista, and Catherine O’Hara

5. FTX, “Don’t miss out” with Larry David

7. Pringles, “Stuck”

8. eToro, “Flying Your Way”

9. BMW, “Zeus & Hera” with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Salma Hayek for the BMW iX EV

10. Budweiser, “A Clydesdale's Journey” - this is actually the 1 min version, the Super Bowl commercial was only 30 sec and became available after almost a week later (The Star-Spangled Banner is performed by Gary Clark, Jr.)

+

11. PepsiCo, “Road to Super Bowl LVI” with Payton Manning and Terry Bradshaw - actually not a Super Bowl commercial as far as I know, only a pre-released commercial, that's why it's not included in the 10 official ones

Super Bowl LVI, the 56th Super Bowl and the 52nd modern-era National Football League (NFL) championship game, was an American football game that decided the champion for the 2021 NFL season, the 102nd season. The National Football Conference (NFC) champion Los Angeles Rams defeated the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Cincinnati Bengals, 23–20. The game took place on February 13, 2022, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, United States, the home stadium of the Rams, marking the second-consecutive and second overall Super Bowl to feature a team playing in its home stadium and winning the game. This game also marked the second consecutive time that a NFC team hosted and won the Super Bowl.
