本日の動画は日本の京都・美山で猟師とプロ料理人がジョイントし、高品質なジビエ肉を流通させる取り組みを行う「一網打尽」さんに密着した動画となっております。

当初狩猟から食するまでを一連で見せる企画だったのですが、YouTubeより年齢制限がかかる事態となった為、再度編集再アップ版でございます！

猟師さんの素早い下処理（これが大事らしい）、一網打尽さんの高い精肉技術によって懸念していた匂いなどは全くなく、まさに天然オーガニックな滋味深いジビエ鹿肉を安心して味わう事が出来ました。

天然ジビエ鹿肉（端肉）を食べた犬は毛艶が良くなり、目ヤニが止まるんだというお話を聞き、これオブこれやん！と思った次第であります。

京都美山の伝統的なからぶき古民家でゆるりと、採れたての新鮮野菜と天然オーガニックなジビエ肉をキメながら免疫力を高めるなんていかがでしょうか。

Today's video is about a joint effort by hunters and professional chefs in Miyama, Kyoto, Japan, to distribute high quality venison&wild boar meat.

It was originally intended to be a series of videos showing the entire process from hunting to eating, but due to an age restriction imposed by YouTube, it has been re-edited and re-updated!

With the quick pre-processing of the hunter and the high level of butchering skills of ”Ichimou-dajin", there is no smell at all, and you can enjoy the natural, organic, and nutritious venison with peace of mind.

When I heard that dogs who ate natural venison (end meat) had better hair and stopped burning their eyes, I thought that said it all.
