Have Yogurt at home❓ Melt in your mouth❗ How easy it is !! Just mix and bake
🍰Ingredients
250g/1cup Greek yogurt
100g Cream cheese
90g/7tbsp Caster sugar
3pcs Egg
200g/1cup Whipping cream
15g/2tbsp Cornstarch
Cake Pan size 15cm/6''
Preheat the Oven at 230°C (450°F) bake for 30 minutes,

Baking suggestions.
1. cream cheese needs to be soft and smooth at room temperature, or softened by heating in water, microwave heating is okay
2. the eggs must be room temperature, otherwise it is easy to separate the oil and water
3. usually bake the cake in the lower middle layer, but this cake is recommended to be baked in the upper middle layer, I put it in the middle layer, so that the surface is easy to color
4. the cake is recommended to be refrigerated for at least 4 hours, overnight taste is best

烘焙建议:
1. 奶油芝士需要室温软滑,或者用隔水加热,微波炉加热软化都可以
2. 鸡蛋必须是室温的,不然容易出现油水分离的情况
3. 蛋糕一般都是放在中下层烤,但是这个蛋糕建议放在中上层烤,我是放在了中层,这样表面容易上色
4. 蛋糕出炉晾凉后就可以吃,建议放冰箱冷藏至少4个小时,隔夜最好
