Please join me to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and have a ton of fun while exercising in this enjoyable cardio workout that incorporates both dance and kickboxing moves!
All movements are low impact and are performed at an achievable pace for most. If you feel you are working too hard, you can just do the upper body or lower body at one time.
