四百克黃豆 400g soy beans
五十毫升白醋 50ml white vinegar
二百五十毫升清水 250ml water
五百亳升室溫白開水 500ml room temperature drinking water
四公升清水 4L water
一張紗布 1 muslin cloth
一個布袋 1 permeable bag
一個豆腐的模子/筲箕 1 tofu wooden box / sift
