In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)
If you prefer to bake from scratch, I do have a range of awesome cake recipes here which convert to cupcake recipes very nicely too.

VANILLA BUTTER BASED CAKE:

I use these butter based cakes above because they are sturdy under fondant and stable at room temperature, as are the muds.

The colours I used to colour the fondant flowers are:
Electric green
electric blue
turquose
forest green (for the leaves)
gold

Thank you guys for tuning in! If I didn't get to mention it in the video, I would like to quickly say the acrylic disk method won't
be a decorating technique that I will be featuring for very much longer. I will flick back to regular, free hand style of frosting
a cake, I just need to decorate all my cakes with acrylics at the moment to be sure I know the method like the back of my hand. But I
understand not everybody uses or has access to acrylic disks, so this is another reason why I won't be using this method in my
videos for very much longer. But regardless, I hope this video was of interest and insporation for you! I look forward to catching
some of you at the Melbourne Inspiration Day event x) Until next time!
With love,
Rosie
