This week, we visit our first Bidadari estate HDB to show you a bright and modern 4-room HDB. At a size of 1,001 square feet, this home was built at a cost of $120k by homeowners Danielle and Kenneth.

They didn't really have a theme in mind, but they were very clear that they wanted a bigger living space as they liked to host friends and family. With that notion, the final layout was a very interesting one, as they essentially have 2 study rooms, 2 bedrooms, and 2 distinct living spaces. What we really like is the adaptation for the current work from home environment. With the main study, they incorporated foldable glass doors so that there's flexibility to close it up for a Zoom call, and yet open it up for a chill space for relaxation if needed.
