The skeletal structure of your pelvis, the width of your hips, and your overall body fat and muscle distribution will all have an impact on how visible your hip dips are. So can we get rid of them? You won't be able to erase them entirely from your body. However, exercising to reduce fat and build muscle can help to reduce the appearance of your hip dips.
In this workout we will focus on exercises that target our glute max and glute med, such as glute bridges, sumo squat and abduction exercises. These exercises create the perfect combination to grow your side booty and make your hips look rounder. 🍑
