榛果酱鲜奶油磅蛋糕 大理石磅蛋糕 Nutella Whipping Cream Pound Cake
磅蛋糕有浓郁的牛油香。蛋糕体密实,口感蓬松,是很多人都喜欢吃的一道甜点。它的材料和做法都很简单。我把它略加变化,加了榛果酱,多了一份巧克力香;也加了鲜奶油让它的质地更湿润柔软。做好的榛果酱鲜奶油磅蛋糕不要急着吃,放置1-2天,让蛋糕熟成,回油,口感更佳。
材料:
1)牛油 – 150g
2)糖 – 120g
3)蛋 – 3颗
4)低筋面粉 – 150g
5)泡打粉 – 3/4 tsp
6)鲜奶油 – 100g
7)可可粉 – 2 tsp
8)榛果酱 – 70g
*烤盘:8.5 X 4.5 X 2.5 寸
*如果上色太快,可以在烤到25分钟左右时盖锡纸。
**放在密封的盒子室温保存,冷藏后的口感不好。

5)Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp
6)Whipping Cream – 100g
7)Cocoa Powder – 2 tsp
8)Nutella – 70g
*Loaf pan size:8.5 X 4.5 X 2.5 inches.
*Tent with aluminium foil after baking for 25 mins if browning quickly.
*Keep at room temperature in air tight container. Pound cake will harden if chill in refrigerator.
