绿豆沙包子: Steamed Bun With Green Bean
这个绿豆沙的包子特别好吃,我家娃很挑食的一次吃了2个
This recipe can make 12 buns 配方可以做了12个包子
1. Buns skin 包子皮:
* 250g All purpose flour 中筋面粉 1+3/4 cup
* 130ml Warm water 温水 1/2cup
* 3g Yeast 酵母 1 tsp
* 20g Sugar 糖 1.6 tbsp
* 10g Oil 油 3/4 tbsp
2. 豆沙馅(每个包子里面包20g豆沙)Green Bean Paste(20g for each)
Ferment for about 35 minutes, Then start steam with cold water. Steaming for about 15 minutes, then turn of the heat.
醒发35分钟左右,然后冷水上锅蒸15分钟关火
