INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo (500 gms) Pork Kasim, cut into chunks (you can also use liempo or pigue, or you may also use tinapa fillets/flakes if you don't eat pork)
1 1/2 to 2 cups Water
1/4 kilo (250 gms) Dried Taro Leaves (Tuyong Dahon ng Gabi),cut into chiffonade or whatever cut you prefer
2 cups Kakang gata (coconut cream) or Unang piga sa Kinayod na Niyog (first batch)
4 cups Pangalawang Gata (coconut milk) or Pangalawang piga sa kinayod na Niyog
2 cups Kakang Gata (coconut cream) or Unang piga sa Kinayod na Niyog (last batch)
3 Tbsps Raw Bagoong Alamang
1 Big Onion, sliced
8 cloves Garlic, minced
2 thumbsize Ginger, julienned
4 pcs Siling Haba/Siling Pansigang
4 pcs Red Siling Labuyo
Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Salt (optional, will depend on how salty your bagoong alamang is)
