配方 Ingredients:
3个梨- 750克香蕉梨-巴梨
3 pears- Bartlett - 750 g
无盐黄油20克
Unsalted butter 20 g
白糖35克(2.5 tbsp)
Granulated sugar 35 g (2.5 tbsp)
盐3克 (1/2 tsp)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
肉桂粉1克 (1/3 tsp)
Cinnamon powder 1 g (1/3 tsp)
玉米淀粉10克 (1 tbsp)
Corn starch 10 g (1 tbsp)
凉水85毫升
Cold water 85 ml
温牛奶230毫升
Warm milk 230 ml
酵母2克 (1/2 tsp)
Dry instant yeast 2 g (1/2 tsp)
中筋面粉350克
Plain flour or all purpose flour 350 g
盐3克 (1/2 tsp)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
无盐黄油80-100克
Unsalted butter 80-100 g
烤盘尺寸:23*33厘米
Pan size: 23*33 cm
预热好的烤箱180℃/356℉烤28-30分钟至金黄
bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for
28-30 minutes until golden brown
