Easy Chilli Chicken Recipe (Indo-Chinese) | Restaurant style Chilli Chicken kerala style malayalam
Boneless chicken pieces are marinated in a mix of soy sauce, chilli sauce along with pepper and these tender, succulent pieces are then deep fried to be seasoned with the sauces again.(malayalam)
for the batter:
Oil for Frying
250 grams boneless Chicken (cut into small pieces)
3 tablespoons all purpose flour (or Maida)
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon gingergarlic paste
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 egg
salt to taste
for the gravy
2 tablespoons Oil
3-4 Green Chillies (cut into smamll pieces)
11/2 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
11/2 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger
1 large Onion (cut into squares)
1 small Capsicum (cut into squares)
1 taespoon vinegar
11/2 teaspoon Chilli Sauce
11/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
