We went all the way to Evergreen Brickworks in Toronto to find the best honey we possibly could for my Baklava Cake. We were overwhelmed by options, but I think we picked well! Bees Universe didn't disappoint! The Blueberry honey was delicious, so was the wildflower honey... So was the buckwheat honey... Ok they were all good : )
