Continuing our new Intermediate series with CYCLE 3 starting with Complete Chest and Traps Split Routine on Monday for Bigger Chest and traps. This is for Intermediate Bodybuilders. In this series we will give you a routine for each weekday. Monday Chest Traps, Tuesday etc. Starting with of course this video being on Monday.
Cycle 3 is for the third cycle.
Make sure you follow each cycle for 3 weeks, so with Cycle 1 and 2 you should have completed 6 weeks, this cycle will take you to 9th week.
You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
Make sure you stretch before each workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Dumbbell Press with NEGATIVES
5 Sets of 20 Reps with 3 sec Negative each rep.
Cross Cable Fly with NEGATIVES
4 Sets of 12 Reps with 3 sec Negative each rep
Incline Barbell Press
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Incline Dumbbell Press
4 Sets of 8-12 Reps
Dumbbell Shrugs with NEGATIVES
5 Sets of 20 Reps with 5 sec Negative each rep
Upright Rows
100 Reps without break
